3. Ordering and Contract Formation

3.1 By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the product(s) and send you a confirmation email.

3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Product Availability and Descriptions

4.1 We strive to ensure that all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

4.2 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be added at checkout.

5.2 We accept payment via major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our Website. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

5.3 In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 We offer complimentary shipping on orders over 300.00 USD shipped within the United States. For orders below this threshold, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

6.2 International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be provided at checkout.

6.3 Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 To initiate a return, please submit a request within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing returns@jordan--allen.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

7.2 Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or damage may not be accepted.

7.3 Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

7.4 We do not offer exchanges. If you require a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item.
