Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) available for an additional fee. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; weekend and holiday orders ship the following business day.

Complimentary shipping on orders over $750. A flat rate of $30 applies below that threshold. International delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via UPS Worldwide Express. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP); all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are calculated and collected at checkout, ensuring no surprise charges upon delivery.

A shipping confirmation email with UPS tracking information is sent once your order ships.

Pre-order items are charged in full at the time of purchase to confirm production. Estimated ship month is listed on the product page; timelines are estimates and may vary due to production factors beyond our control. You will receive an email once your order is prepared for shipping.

Pre-order items are not final sale — the same 14-day return policy applies, measured from the delivery date. If a pre-order arrives and isn't right, it can be returned or exchanged exactly as any other order would be.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, plus an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Exchange orders ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your return.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at customercare@jordan--allen.com with photos. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
